Sharon Walsh, Writer - Over the years, Sharon has made a living and a life through writing. She has worked as an advertising copywriter in virtually every medium and for such a diverse range of clients including Heinz, Mellon, Pittsburgh Opera, The Andy Warhol Museum, Carnegie Museum of Art and the Indiana Pacers, In addition, she helped create and wrote the first three seasons of Everyday Science, a two-minute radio show underwritten by Bayer Corporation and distributed nationally by PRI.
Sharon loves a good story--hearing one, discovering one and retelling one. Throughout her time as a writer, she has won numerous awards for relaying information or experiences, including a One Show Finalist, a Golden Quill finalist, and Regional Addy awards (New York District and Chicago District).
Sharon is extremely enthused about the 2010 World Equestrian Legacy and what it can mean to the horse world and all of Kentucky!
